Sunday 4pm

Restorative Yoga at the hOMe studio Fall series 1

Dates: September 8, 15, 22, 29, October 6.

The goal of this class is to experience relaxation and restoration at a deep level. Props will be used to support the body in poses of 5 minutes or longer to allow the muscles to release their tensions.  Space is limited. Registration is required by Wednesday, September 4th. Cost is $40.  

Monday 5:30pm

 Movement & Meditation at the hOMe studio

Yoga Flow practice accessible to all levels. We begin with meditation. There is a primary focus on moving our bodies in order to prevent dis-ease.  A great option if you are expecting! 

Available for $10 drop-in. Message me by 4:30 pm if you want to save a spot.

Wednesday 6:30pm

Yoga at Balanced Health chiropractic Fall series 2

Date: September 25, October 2, 9. Improve mobility, strength and stability while reducing tight or tense muscles and creating ease in the body. You will develop freedom of movement in your whole body. We will incorporate Yin Yoga for the connective tissues, Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra for deep relaxation in the muscles and nervous system . Registration is required by Wednesday, September 25th. Cost is $30

Gentle Yoga at the hOMe studio 

Fall series 1

Dates: September 5, 12, 19, 26, October 3. This class focuses on creating balance between strength,  stability, ease and flexibility. It is for anyone who would like to improve mobility, through developing strength and stability while reducing tight or tense muscles and creating ease in the body.  Space is limited. Registration is required by Friday, August 30th. Cost is $40.

Thursday 7pm

Prenatal Yoga at the hOMe studio 

Fall series 1

Dates: September 12, 19, 26, October 3, 10.

  This class is intended for moms in any trimester of pregnancy, In general, as soon as your health care provider agrees you can begin activity, you can begin this class. Focus on grounding, breath work, and movement for the body and mind. Learn breathing and relaxation while you strengthen the muscles that support your baby during pregnancy, birth, and into the postpartum period! This class is also well-suited for new moms who are adjusting to body after giving birth.  Space is limited. Registration for the series is required. Cost is $40.
